2. Your use of this website
You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content for republication, or use any automated means to extract material in volume.
3. Content accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on this site accurate. However, photographs of finished projects may show client homes that have since been re-decorated, and material specifications may change with supplier availability. The figures, scopes and descriptions on this site are for guidance and do not form a contract.
4. Quotations
A quotation issued in your name is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. After 30 days, prices may change in line with material costs. The full project terms are set out in the contract you sign — not on this website.
5. Workmanship cover
We provide a written 24-month workmanship cover on completed work. The cover details — including what is and is not covered, exclusions due to third-party works or natural settling, and the claim process — are issued at handover. The cover does not affect any statutory rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
All site copy, photography, drawings and visualisations belong to SnapVault Build & Design Sdn Bhd unless attributed otherwise. You may not republish them in full without written permission. Quoting short excerpts with a link back is welcome.
7. Liability
Within the limits of Malaysian law, our liability for use of this website is limited to direct loss caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for any inability to access the site for short maintenance windows.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
