Electrical & Plumbing

The two trades hiding behind the wall. They are also the two that get expensive to fix later, so we finish them the way we’d want our own homes done.

New distribution board with neat labelled wiring
Discipline 05

Buried cleanly, labelled clearly

Every electrical chase is marked on a one-page drawing kept in the handover folder. Every distribution board MCB is labelled by hand, then by printed sticker — so the next owner of your home knows which breaker drops the kitchen, not just “Lights 2”.

Plumbing reroutes are done in PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) with cold-press fittings, not just compression. Floor traps are upgraded to stainless 304, with proper waterproofing membrane around the trap before tiles go down. We pressure-test every line at 4 bar overnight before plastering closes the wall.

Trade scope

  • Full house rewiring (TPN / SPN)
  • Distribution board upgrade with RCBO
  • Surge protection device
  • EV charger 16 / 32 A circuits
  • Smart-home neutral pulling
  • Air-con dedicated circuits
  • Concealed PEX repipe
  • Water heater storage upgrades
  • Floor trap stainless replacement
  • Wet-area waterproofing membrane

Wireman & plumber endorsements

All electrical work is signed off by a Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered wireman (PW2 / PW3 depending on scope). Plumbing reroutes that touch the meter side are signed off by a Pengurusan Air Selangor licensed plumber. Endorsement copies go into the handover folder.

Old wiring? Bathroom dripping somewhere?

We do diagnostic visits — usually two hours, with photos. Honest opinion on whether you need a rewire or a localised fix.
