Our story
Started in 2017 with one rule: never grow past phone-call distance
SnapVault began with two project leads — a former site engineer and an interior designer — who were tired of homeowners being passed between five subcontractors during one renovation. They folded the trades back together: one quote, one supervisor, one accountable team.
Eight years later we are seven full-time staff plus a trusted bench of plasterers, marble fitters and aluminium fabricators we have worked with on more than 50 jobs each. We deliberately cap intake at around 30 projects a year. If we are full, we tell you on the first call.
Our office is a converted shop-lot in Petaling Jaya. Most of our jobs are within a 25 km radius — Bandar Utama, Subang Jaya, Damansara, Shah Alam, Cheras, Kepong, Klang. Travel beyond that means we cannot supervise daily, and we will not pretend otherwise.

How we run a project
The bits that don’t fit on a glossy brochure

Photo log every Friday at 6 pm
You receive a folder of dated, captioned photos every Friday. If something is delayed or changed, you read about it in the same message — not at handover.

Material traceability
Every brand, model and grade goes into the quote and stays in the handover folder. If a tile cracks 14 months in, we know exactly what it is and where to source a replacement.
Registrations & cover
The paperwork that should follow any contractor
- Companies Commission of Malaysia: 202401055789 (1601244-K)
- CIDB Grade G3, B12 (building works) & CE21 (mechanical & electrical)
- Ministry of Finance (MOF) e-Perolehan registered
- Public Liability insurance up to RM 1,000,000 per project
- Workers’ Compensation cover for all on-site personnel
- SST-registered for transparent invoicing
All certificates are happily shown at the first site meeting.
