SnapVault Build & Design Sdn Bhd (Reg. 202401055789 (1601244-K)), referred to in this notice as “SnapVault”, “we”, “us”, operates the website at snapvault.pro. We respect your privacy and we have written this policy in the way we would want a contractor to write theirs.
1. What information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we receive only what you choose to send us:
- Your full name and email address (required to reply).
- Phone number (optional, faster reply).
- The locality of your home and the rough scope you are considering.
- The free-text description of the project you provide.
We do not collect, infer or buy any other data about you. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
2. How we use that information
Strictly for replying to your enquiry, scheduling a site visit, preparing a quotation, and following up on the project lifecycle. Nothing else.
3. Storage and retention
Enquiry messages are kept on our office system for as long as the project remains active, and for two years afterwards (so that warranty enquiries can be matched to the original brief). After that period the records are securely deleted.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share details with our trusted trade partners only when needed to deliver work you have engaged us for — for example, providing your address to a marble fitter on the day of installation. They are bound by the same confidentiality.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your enquiry and any related records.
